Dreams take time and some dreams more than others. Twelve years after four arts organizations dreamed of a place that could become their new home, that dream, that vision, is about to come true and it has become so much more. Once the home to four, this season the MATCH will play host to at least 60 different arts organizations and the calendar is still open. It’s a dream bigger than anyone would have guessed, anyone would have suggested at the beginning. But this is Houston after all and we do things big around here - $25 million big.

In October, performances began at the MATCH, but our need to raise funds hasn’t stopped. As you can see, we are oh-so-close to the $25 million, but not quite there yet.

If you believe all arts groups should have a purpose-built place to be; if you believe every arts group deserves the tools to grow; if you believe in this long-dreamed dream, I hope you will help us take this thermometer all the way to the top.
